The purpose of Hanover Bible Book Music & Video is to minister to residents and visitors of all ages, to Hanover and the surrounding area, by providing a wide range of products and services which promote biblical values and encourage personal spiritual growth and family unity. It is our desire to work closely with, and actively support, the local churches in their ministry to the community. Our focus will be towards all members of the Christian family regardless of denominational affiliation or position, which will be evidenced in a balanced inventory serving the needs of a variety of viewpoints. Our commitment is to be ethical in all our business dealings and to provide excellence in service to our customers.

We will stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase from us,
we will do whatever we can to make you, the customer, happy.
The customer is the most important person in our store, our employee's number one responsibility is to satisfy you.

Returns Policy

We will provide full return for any product that you are not completely satisfied with, purchased from us within the last 60 days, provided it is in resaleable condition.(Music & Software must be unopened)
If an item is defective we will replace it with a new copy of the same product.

Special Orders

If you are unable to find the specific title that you are looking for, please check with our staff. If we don't have it in stock we can usually get it for you in about a week or so. Our systems tell us what stock is on hand for many of the hundreds of thousands of products available to us. In most cases there are no additional costs for having us special order an item for you. You will be told exactly how much an item will cost before the order is placed, so there are no unpleasant surprises. We generally do not ask for payment up-front unless it is an expensive or specialized product, we simply rely on the customers commitment that they will pay when the product arrives.
